Important: To process a return or refund, you must provide a video recording of the unpacking process showing the item as it is being removed from its original packaging.

The video must clearly show:

• The complete unpacking process from start to finish

The unpacking video is mandatory to ensure we can verify the item and packaging in its original state for accurate processing of your return.

⚠️ Important Deadline: Strictly after 15 days of shipment, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
