Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Ammayaar piece as much as we loved creating it.
If you'd like a different size or style, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
⚠️ Kindly note: Items purchased during a SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Not in love with your order? No worries — you can return it within 2 days of delivery, provided it meets the same conditions above.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 15 working days.
If your parcel arrives damaged or torn, please don't accept it and contact us immediately.
For missing items, a clear unboxing video is required.
For defective pieces, please share photos or an unboxing video with us so we can help you quickly.

We'll arrange a reverse pickup for you or you can send the product back to:
Once we receive your piece, it will go through a quality check. If all looks good, we'll process your return or exchange.
Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, we won't be able to cancel as your order is already being prepared with love.
Need to update your size, delivery address, or phone number?
Just email us at support@ammayaar.com with the subject line:
"Order Number + Revised Information"
We'll be happy to make the change, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet.
